MOhemp Energy Kyoto Hemp Forum Presentation Notes

MOhemp Energy Seeking Missouri Farmers to grow Hemp
MOhemp Energy Kyoto Presentation Notes

Hats off to the everyone who has been working behind the scenes at the 1st Annual Hemp Environmental Forum as well as the Sponsors and Presenters who have been sharing the groundbreaking discoveries, inventions, news, and advancements that the Hemp Industry is experiencing.
Many thanks Nayer and Takashi and the other great minds of the Kyoto Hemp Forum for welcoming and including the discoveries and inventions the MOhemp Energy Team has made.

The "ElectroHemp's" Teams goals: are to save lives and help our immediate community by improving
the quality of life for those affected by the Nuclear Waste that is illegally buried at ‪#‎WestlakeLandfill‬
and the ‪#‎ColdwaterCreek‬ areas of the Region.
The team has figured out how to cycle the toxins from the
ground faster than has been previously done with a
Natural System. And then dispose of these toxins which are
made inert ie: "non hazardous". This process is accomplished
by using natural and organic resources.

It’s truly an Honor and personally humbling to be given an opportunity to share and add our teams voice to the 1st Annual International Hemp Forum and how

Hemp is The Lifeline to the Future.

In these troubling times mankind is facing from the effects of Climate Change.  Believe it or not, there are many ways that the cannabis plant will be instrumental in negating the environmental destruction that is wreaking havoc on our Planet.  Hemp is one of the few plants that can be grown all around the world that addresses and nullifies so many problems that threaten mankind's continued existence on this planet.

Because of Hemp’s ability to
  • absorb the toxins in the soil and water by phytoremediation or
  • Hemp’s ability to cycle the CO2 emissions from the air we breathe or
  • all the sustainable products made from Hemp.

Hemp will be a energy efficient income driver for local communities by
  • creating energy efficient building products
  • such as Hempcrete and
  • Hemp Fiber Insulation as well as a
  • sustainable Biomass Energy Provider champion.

There is no better time than the present for the World to recognize that Hemp is the Lifeline to the Future.

However you are viewing the First Annual Hemp International Forum rest assured that all of the
"Hemp Industry Pros really do have solutions to correct the wrongs that mankind has brought on this world we live in.

You have been given a front row seat and are witnessing the early stages of reviving an age old industry that will bring many future advancements to our World, I’m sure you too will realize it’s a no brainer that the great Cannabis plant should be grown and utilized everywhere.

Hemp is the Lifeline to the Future.  If you don’t believe me just keep watching and taking notes and you too will have the ah-hah moment.

-HEMP Lifeline to the Future-

We are holding a kick-off event known as "International Hemp Environmental Forum 2016" which is being organized to focus and bring to fruition a solution to the environmental issues facing our beautiful planet, Japan as the starting point.

This upcoming event will be held in the city of Kyoto, Japan, which is globally known as an international environmental city, together with global hemp farmers, hemp industrial companies, enthusiastic hemp evangelists as well as environmental specialists will be assembling to network and bring about a global hemp revolution, starting in Nihon and spreading world wide.

Hemp, the plant bearing the scientific designation Cannabis Sativa, L. is an annual plant that is known as sustainable plant resource, and it's not only utilized as food, clothes, and housing material, but also in various fields like energy production, medicinal purposes and industrial material. More importantly, it is a huge asset as an alternative resource for underground resources like fossil fuel and for forest resources. It is said that amount of carbon dioxide the hemp absorbs during its vegetative stage is 3 to 7 times as deciduous tree. The hemp plant should be a symbol of biomass resources because of its characteristics and possibility of contribution for low carbon society. It is without a doubt that hemp is an ideal plant to make our earth into perpetually circulating society, which is exactly what humans need for the future.

We are here to announce to the world that we are taking a big step towards building our sustainable future and recycling-oriented society by implementing the most of hemp’s value.

Inventions Are For Farmers not BigBusiness

Before I let some big company steal my Hemp Processing Inventions that are for the Farmers.  I will open source the invention to the World. I did not invent these inventions for big business to take the power away from the Farmer.

My inventions put the power in the Farmers hands by eliminating the:

Multi Million Dollar Hemp Processing Facility costs that add to the price of the end materials, which are prohibitive for low price end product sales.

My Inventions are not for some giant company to steal a Farmers rightful and much deserved income potential.  Which is why I've designed the Mobile Hemp Processing machines to work on existing Ag based machines that most farmers utilize in their daily activities.

It all starts on the Farm.
update Stage 1 of The Custom Designed & Fabricated Main Parts needed to modify existing
Farm Machinery will cost between $5,000 - $15,000.

Hemp Mobile Processing Solves Infastructure Issue

MOhemp Energy solves the lack of infastructure mentioned in this article interview by Treehugger and Hempitecure.  And will allow the Farmers to earn the money a factory would on the end product sales.

Multi-million dollar Hemp Processing Factory's are not needed.

Hempitecture @hempitecture

A design based startup focused on natures most rapidly renewable resource, industrial #hemp.

Mead: It is difficult to say how the cost of hemp construction will change once domestic hemp is produced. There is critical infrastructure needed to get industrial hemp from farm to building material, primarily a processing facility. The hemp must be decorticated, separating the woody core from the long fibers. The woody core is then used in hempcrete. I believe we are close to realizing an affordable North American hemp source. Our neighbor Canada has long since recognized the incredible potential of industrial hemp, and are currently concluding a multi-million dollar hemp decortication facility, strategically located just north of the US border.

Multi Million Dollar Hemp Decorticator Plant Video July 27, 2015

The following Youtube video is of a Hemp Factory with a price tag in the multi millions of dollars.  Which is fine if you have multi millions of dollars.  But if you don't I have something coming for you.

I have a few inventions that are geared for use on the Farm that do many of the things this high priced factory does for way way less than multi millions of dollars.

Its never been my goal to borrow millions from the bankers that have held the little man down for so long.  My goals are to help people, not hold them down, or steal their homes from unfair wallstreet and banking practices.

My Goal is to Help the Farmers
who make our most treasured resource: FOOD.

My inventions will allow Farmers everywhere who want to get in the Industrial Hemp business options.  And that is just what my Mobile Hemp Processing System and Machines will do without having to rob a bank or sign your life away to accomplish.

The machines and equipment I will soon be offering the public will allow the retrofitting of a few parts into existing farm machines.  Farmers will not have to buy new expensive equipment to grow and process hemp at their locations.

This eliminates the carbon created

  • from trucking raw materials to the factory,
  • eliminating the energy needed to create the products from the raw materials,
  • then trucking the finished products to their destination
The MOhemp Energy Mobile Field Processing System creates the end products on the farm eliminating the first two trips down the road in the above example.  This also ensures the Farmer will receive a good price for the products of their hemp growing efforts.

But don't let me discourage you.  If you want to build a Multi Million Dollar Hemp Plant.  By all means do.  If you do not MOhemp Energy Mobile Hemp Processing Equipment is the solution for you.  Contact Scotty for more info by clicking here or filling in the contact form on the right side of the page.

Just what does a Multi Million Dollar Processing Facility look like?  What the video and see for yourself.

5th Milestone Accomplished StartUP update

The Industrial Hemp Invention that Scotty has been working on has made it to the prototype financing approval stage.  As I write this blog post my connection informed me that he did not see any trouble in the Investors not approving the budget to build the machine.  He is meeting with his partners and will have a yes or no answer in the next few days.

I'm on pins and needles to say the least.  All those sleepless nights, the 15 pounds of weight I've lost, and hours spent on the startup are about to pay dividends and assist the Hemp Industry in becoming a powerhouse player in the Ag Commodity business.

His exact words were:
Its not like you are asking for multi-million dollar investment like some of the other inventors have approached my company with.  I see no reason they will not approve the funds to build the prototype.

If you think I'm betting the farm with this one company- think again.  I've always had a backup plans to build the prototype.  This is not the only company I'm working with or people interested in the design and invention.   They are just the only company working in the USA that has shown interest.  Like I mentioned previously in other blog posts my EU hemp connection who claimed: "Your Invention could be the Holy Grail of the Hemp Industry".  He has opened the door to established players in the Hemp Industry in Canada, Europe, and New Zealand who are also interested in the invention.

So one way or another my hemp invention will soon be a reality and available to anyone who would like to get in the hemp business.  The beauty of the invention is that it eliminates the high cost of processing equipment needed.

Stay Tuned more info will be available in the near future.

Seed Hulling Equipment Example Page 34

Information provided by a French Company
Seeds Dehulling Machinery
The sheller is specially designed for rapeseed hulling and kernel husk separation in the oil milling plant.  The huller works by means of extrusion, shearing, twisting and tearing of the paired rolls. The kernel husk separator works by means of vibrating screens and air currents according to different bulk densities and sizes of the husks and kernels.
After cleaning, oilseeds such as sunflower seeds are conveyed to the seed dehulling equipment to separate the kernels. KMEC's sunflower seed dehulling machines adopt a unique seed dehuller and are controlled by frequency conversion technology. Sunflower seeds which remain unhulled are recycled within the equipment until properly dehulled. The efficiency of the dehuller is about 95 to 98 percent, with the rate of broken kernels at 2 to 5 percent.
Seed Dehulling Machine Technical Data
  • Capacity: huller: 100t/d(24h)
  • kernel husk separator: 50t/d(24h)
  • Husk separation rate: 90~98%(water content: 2~10%).
  • Rate of husk in kernel: 1~4%

Hemp Seed Oil Press
Oil Press $19,990.00
The double head press extract more oil from most feedstock, up to 38% and 10% more output than a single oil press and can be configured in either single head or double head, providing maximum flexibility for an oil press.
  • a work horse and ideal for large scale production operation who have three phase 380/480v power options.
  • screw press designed for extracting oil from any oil seed, algae or almost anything that contains oil. It is an ideal oil press for production of biodiesel and edible oil.
  • superior to most of its competitors because it has a “squeeze” rather than a “crush” philosophy, making the parts last longer, metal is not touching metal.

These presses extract up to 94% oil from large variety of oilseed and algae. The extruded meal is perfect for fuel or feed.

Mobile Grain Cleaner
Cleans up to 2500 bushels per hour, depending on moisture content and the amount of dockage. The two-stage screening process and large 48" diameter drum ensures the trash and fines are thoroughly removed from grain. Powered by a 3-horsepower motor, the 480 includes an optional removable intake auger and a hand-operated jack for in-field operation. Fines are separated from larger screenings and are unloaded from separate chutes. An optional trash pan is available for collecting screenings. 15" wheels and a full frame transport are included.
I've inquired to the company if they had #HempSeed screens for the cleaner.

This equipment information and pricing will post at a later date as I search and find more made in America machines.  You can find hundreds of machines at alibaba.  I am not comfortable buying thousands of dollars in equipment from Alibaba to be perfectly honest.  I've heard of too many horror stories from businesses and people who have had bad experiences buying equipment from alibaba.

Fiber production produces 4 end product avenues: Fiber, Shiv, Hurd, and Bast.  The machine I have in mind is a perfect match for upto 3000 acres.

Mobile Seed Production produces: Hemp Hearts, Hemp Seeds, Hemp Oil, Biodiesel, Hemp Seed Cake
