Would Anyone Else Like Hempcrete Added to Sketchup

Would you like to see Hempcrete and Hemp Fiber insulation added to Sketchup?

I would too and that is why I tweeted @Sketchup

Examples of Hempcrete and Hemp Fiber insulation is provided on this Photo: Hemp Insulation can eliminate Thermal Bridging.

Why not Hemp? Hemp Insulation can eliminate Thermal Bridging.

Now that the Sketchup Community is inactive on G+ I didn't know how else to get the #Sketchup CAD design program idea to them. So I sent a Tweet:

Please Add a and finish/wall insulation option to your CAD design program! Hempcrete is the ultimate Green Building product that is flying under the radar of many sustainable home builders. youtube.com/watch?v=WSwSOJ02ucQ …

CBD has no effect?

Quotes about CBD and THC in this article on users who self-reported their cannabis use, type of consumption, and effects, in this 2-year cannabis study.

THC HAS MORE THERAPEUTIC BENEFITS THAN WE THOUGHT

(from the article) Based on this information, Vigil said the team concluded that:

CBD appears to have little effect at all, while THC generates measurable improvements in symptom relief.
 Releaf CEO Franco Brockelman :

We believe this study is very timely with the recent passing of the Farm Bill and the number of CBD products that are now flooding the market that are, frankly, poor quality and making inaccurate claims.

This study helps validate the medical importance of THC along with CBD, and the need for more conclusive research to be done, which we look forward to contributing to.

Day 1 Cannabinol Isolate Experiment

Scotty is experimenting again and testing out Hemp Oil Herbal Drops made by CDX Labs in Chicago.  This is not a product endorsement after further research into this company see below May 6 and the research.

I plan to have another dose this evening. My first try was around noon today during the lunch break before heading back to work on a South St Louis building the Team and I are working on.

I was surprised by the lack of taste, the clear semi-transparent liquid was actually blah and had 'no taste' thankfully!

The workload this afternoon was very strenuous and labor intensive- so I really don't know if my body had a chance to put the Cannabinol Isolate to work.

From this evening and into the future I'll be using as directed on the bottle. The recommended serving size is 15 drops (per day) I assume. As I mentioned it was a day full of Hard Labor today I doubt I'll have any trouble sleeping as I'm worn out and ready for bed. I'm going to take my evening dose and call it a day.  I'll report my Day 2 activities Monday, May 6.

  1. May 5th, 2019 1st does 1pm- No Taste and didn't notice any effects of the Cannabinol Isolate.
  2. May 5th 11:30 pm 2nd dose before bed- 15 drops.
  3. May 6th 15 Drops before breakfast. Further research into this company CDXlabs has interesting complaints that look like this company is not completely on the up and up. Warning CDX labs does not seem completely honest after reading the BBB reviewsAt this time I do not recommend ordering their product. I wouldn't have bought this company's product if I was going to be charged excess fees on my credit card.

Hemp Plant Protection

Update-MOhemp has started and received Level 2 approval for the process to certify and protect a strain of Hemp that has been growing in Missouri with the USDA.
USDA Plant Variety Protection Seal
USDA PVPA Seal

Congratulations MOhemp,

You have successfully completed the necessary requirements to upgrade your USDA eAuthentication account to Level 2 access. You now have the ability to conduct official electronic business transactions online with the USDA.
Update-MOhemp has started the process to certify and protect a strain of Hemp that has been growing in Missouri with the USDA.
This strain of Hemp has been growing wild in Rural Missouri for many years. The Hemp strain maybe from when the USA government requested farmers to grow hemp long long long ago.

Could this stain of wild hemp be considered a Landrace
(Pure cannabis strains (also called landraces or purebreds) have developed in its natural environment and has never been crossed with any other strain but inbred through many, many generations. These varieties are very stable and present very few variations - if any from one plant to another.) variety that may even go back to one of America's Founding Father Thomas Jefferson days?

MO Crop Progress-Condition wk end 4-21-19

Missouri Crop Progress and Condition Report for the week ending April 21, 2019.

 website sponsored by

___________

update 4/24/19 USDA

Census data provide valuable insights into demographics, economics, land and activities on U.S. farms and ranches. Some key highlights include:
  • There are 2.04 million farms and ranches (down 3.2 percent from 2012) with an average size of 441 acres (up 1.6 percent) on 900 million acres (down 1.6 percent).
  • The 273,000 smallest (1-9 acres) farms make up 0.1 percent of all farmland while the 85,127 largest (2,000 or more acres) farms make up 58 percent of farmland.
  • Just 105,453 farms produced 75 percent of all sales in 2017, down from 119,908 in 2012.
  • Of the 2.04 million farms and ranches, the 76,865 making $1 million or more in 2017 represent just over 2/3 of the $389 billion in total value of production while the 1.56 million operations making under $50,000 represent just 2.9 percent.
  • Farm expenses are $326 billion with feed, livestock purchased, hired labor, fertilizer and cash rents topping the list of farm expenses in 2017.
  • Average farm income is $43,053. A total of 43.6 percent of farms had positive net cash farm income in 2017.
  • Ninety-six percent of farms and ranches are family owned.
  • Farms with Internet access rose from 69.6 percent in 2012 to 75.4 percent in 2017.
  • A total of 133,176 farms and ranches use renewable energy producing systems, more than double the 57,299 in 2012.
  • In 2017, 130,056 farms sold directly to consumers, with sales of $2.8 billion.
  • Sales to retail outlets, institutions and food hubs by 28,958 operations are valued at $9 billion.
For the 2017 Census of Agriculture, NASS changed the demographic questions to better represent the roles of all persons involved in on-farm decision making. As a result, in 2017 the number of producers is up by nearly seven percent to 3.4 million, because more farms reported multiple producers. Most of these newly identified producers are female. While the number of male producers fell 1.7 percent to 2.17 million from 2012 to 2017, the number of female producers increased by nearly 27 percent to 1.23 million. This change underscores the effectiveness of the questionnaire changes.
Other demographic highlights include:
  • The average age of all producers is 57.5, up 1.2 years from 2012.
  • The number of producers who have served in the military is 370,619, or 11 percent of all. They are older than the average at 67.9.
  • There are 321,261 young producers age 35 or less on 240,141 farms. Farms with young producers making decisions tend to be larger than average in both acres and sales.
  • More than any other age group, young producers make decisions regarding livestock, though the difference is slight.
  • One in four producers is a beginning farmer with 10 or fewer years of experience and an average age of 46.3. Farms with new or beginning producers making decisions tend to be smaller than average in both acres and value of production.
  • Thirty-six percent of all producers are female and 56 percent of all farms have at least one female decision maker. Farms with female producers making decisions tend to be smaller than average in both acres and value of production.
  • Female producers are most heavily engaged in the day-to-day decisions along with record keeping and financial management.

  • Results are available in many online formats including video presentations, a new data query interface, maps, and traditional data tables. To address questions about the 2017 Census of Agriculture data, NASS will host a live Twitter chat (@usda_nass) Ask the Census Experts #StatChat on Friday, April 12 at 1 p.m. ET. All information is available at www.nass.usda.gov/AgCensus.
