Day 1 Cannabinol Isolate Experiment

Scotty is experimenting again and testing out Hemp Oil Herbal Drops made by CDX Labs in Chicago.  This is not a product endorsement after further research into this company see below May 6 and the research.

I plan to have another dose this evening. My first try was around noon today during the lunch break before heading back to work on a South St Louis building the Team and I are working on. 

I was surprised by the lack of taste, the clear semi-transparent liquid was actually blah and had 'no taste' thankfully! 

The workload this afternoon was very strenuous and labor intensive- so I really don't know if my body had a chance to put the Cannabinol Isolate to work.

From this evening and into the future I'll be using as directed on the bottle. The recommended serving size is 15 drops (per day) I assume. As I mentioned it was a day full of Hard Labor today I doubt I'll have any trouble sleeping as I'm worn out and ready for bed. I'm going to take my evening dose and call it a day.  I'll report my Day 2 activities Monday, May 6.  

1. May 5th, 2019 1st does 1pm- No Taste and didn't notice any effects of the Cannabinol Isolate.
2. May 5th 11:30 pm 2nd dose before bed- 15 drops. 
3. May 6th 15 Drops before breakfast. Further research into this company CDXlabs has interesting complaints that look like this company is not completely on the up and up. Warning CDX labs does not seem completely honest after reading the BBB reviews.  At this time I do not recommend ordering their product. I wouldn't have bought this company's product if I was going to be charged excess fees on my credit card.

Certifying CBD products to be authentic, clean and green

This new service, to be launched by CWC Labs, is designed to help consumers recognize safe, high quality hemp extract products that are independently verified by a third party laboratory to be authentic, clean and green. Product certification involves multiple tests on three different mass spec instruments, including ICP-MS and HPLC-MS-TOF.

As one of the pioneers in cannabis quantitation and validation, I am the co-author of a science paper published in the LC/GC science journal entitled, “Liquid Chromatography–Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry for Cannabinoid Profiling and Quantitation in Hemp Oil Extracts.” Since that science paper was published, my lab has developed even more precise mass spec analysis techniques that allow us to validate the following properties of CBD oil / hemp extracts:

• Accurate quantitation of CBD, CBDA, THC and other compounds typically found in hemp extracts.
• Molecular verification of accurate molecules, eliminating any possibility of counterfeit chemicals. (Using a combination of accurate mass, ion fragmentation, isotopic abundance, etc.)
• The absence of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and other agricultural chemicals. (This is a huge issue, as many hemp products sold today are derived from cannabis plants that are heavily sprayed with toxic pesticides.)
• The absence of toxic solvents and extract chemicals that are frequently used in the industry even though they may pose a very real danger to consumers. Some hemp production companies, for example, are currently extracting hemp products using isopropyl alcohol (IPA), which is extremely toxic to the human body when ingested.
• The absence of toxic heavy metals, and the presence of nutritive minerals such as zinc and magnesium.

In other words, we are testing CBD products for not just CBDs, but also for pesticides, industrial chemicals and heavy metals as well.

Biodiesel production making huge impact

The U.S. Energy Information Administration has released its Monthly Biodiesel Production Report.

December 2014, the U.S.A. B100 Biodiesel production was 123 million gallons, with 65 million gallons sold as B100 and 83 million gallons sold to be blended with diesel fuel derived from petroleum.

Biodiesel production during December 2014 was up 15 million gallons over November 2014.

Very impressive numbers!

Biodiesel production is making a huge impact in our Country and will continue to increase market share in the retail diesel market.
